Robert “Bob” Gooding spent much of his career working in the field of Canadian law enforcement with the Waterloo Regional Police Service of Ontario.  With greater than 30 years of experience, Bob worked as a uniformed Constable before receiving various promotions within the Criminal Investigations Division, assigned to Major Crimes.  As a Canadian trained polygraph examiner specializing in the Canadian discipline of polygraph science and research, Bob was a lead instructor for the Canadian Police College, working as a special advisor within the areas of Polygraph, Intelligence, Document and Statement Analysis, and Interrogation. 

 Bob’s specializes in areas of question theory and question formulation, quality control, semantics, and professional standards.  As the lead consultant for R J Goan & Associates, Bob conducts polygraph exams and provides consultative services for the state and federal government in both the United States and in Canada.  Bob’s testing experience includes testing in relation to national security matters.
